3. What we Offer

The Company provides technology-based software to connect you ("You" or "Users") with auto-rickshaws, Taxis, and other transportation services ("Vehicle") through the App. This facilitates services offered by third-party drivers or vehicle operators ("Drivers") on the Company’s App. These Terms govern your relationship with the Company concerning the software..

4. Content

All copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights in the Site and in the software, text, graphics, design elements, audio and all other materials originated or used by Passdn or via the Site (the “Content”) are reserved to Passdn and its licensors. Passdn authorizes you to download or copy the Content, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials and that you comply strictly with these Terms. You may not modify, edit or take out of context the Content such that its use creates a false or misleading statement or impression as to the positions, statements or actions of Passdn. Except as specifically permitted by Passdn in writing, you may not use the Content for any commercial purposes. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use the Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials.

You acknowledge and agree that engaging in the following actions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
